I’ve truly observed to use each of these “P’s” with my weightloss along with my good health mission.

Very first is going to be Persistence. I must remain persistent with following my chosen planned food choices. If I make a mistake or make a bad choice, I get right back in there and make good choices again.

The second is Patience. There have been weeks where my weight stayed the same and where I didn’t see the progress I was working for. I’ve had to learn to be patient with my body and with my mind in adapting to this new lifestyle. I can do it, and it helps if I am not so rough on my own self.

The last is Prayer. In my situation, I really need this stability I get by praying on a daily basis. I ask Heavenly Father to grant me the ability in making suitable decisions and also conquer temptations that can face me. Then I put the energy in to steer clear of cravings and also to be well prepared with my own meal options.
